Ratings and reviews

App is useless most of the time. Just logging in many times not possible, or very complicated. Payments are not updated, service charge payments cannot be performed and tracked. Having any broken thing in the house we are supposed to get a work permit to allow workers to come and fix. Apply through the app and never get a reply or the permit.

I've been living in this community for over 2 years and still can't login to the app despite dozens of emails and phone calls to customer support. Even the services available when not logged in don't work. Their Newsletters work fine though which prove I'm registered... This is for Android

doesn't allow minor permits with less than 1 day notice. I tried to pay our overpriced community fees and the app has an error so I can't pay.
