Ratings and reviews

This app is useless. The whole point of it is to make it easier for residents to manage things like maintenance requests, access cards, and complaints, but it fails at the most basic level. There is no proper sign-up option, so many residents cannot even access the service. On top of that, the support team is not supportive at all and ignores emails. Instead of making residents’ lives easier, this app has made everything more difficult.

Utterly useless. I'm both an owner and a tenant. I regularly get communication from Dubai properties regarding both the properties. However, even after submitting all the documents, they take ages to update their records. And since launching this app, their support phone numbers have also become useless just playing recorded messages.

No response from org. Bought prop more than year ago and cannot find prop in app. Customer Service ignores email. personal visit was just promise no action. Just running pillar to post trying to figure out how to connect with right person. when trying to open app now, it says pl update and sends link which does not work. so basically cannot access the app. Today contact 1 referred to 2, who referred to 3 who referred to 4. awaiting response from 4.
