About this app

How many days have you been single?

Counting Lonely Days turns that quiet question into something you can hold: a
simple counter, a private journal, and a calm space that belongs only to you.

WHAT IT DOES

• Day counter — Pick the day it started. The app counts every day since, from
your home screen, with a gradient counter you can watch grow.
• Private journal — Write a reflection, tag how you felt (Peaceful, Solitude,
Hopeful, Growth, Lonely…), attach photos from your gallery or camera. Edit or
delete any entry, anytime.
• Writing prompts — Stuck? "What made you smile today?" and other gentle
questions help you start.
• Share your streak — Turn your day count into a card (Minimal, Sunrise, Night)
and share it, or save it to your gallery.
• App Lock — A 4-digit PIN keeps your journal yours.
• Day and night themes — The app shifts its palette with the hour, or you can
pin light or dark.
• Four languages — English, Tiếng Việt, 日本語, 中文.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Your journal entries, feelings and photos are stored on your device. There is no
account to create, no sign-in, no cloud sync of your writing. You can export
your journal or delete everything from Settings.

NOT A MEDICAL APP

Counting Lonely Days is a self-reflection tool, not a substitute for
professional mental health care. If loneliness or low mood is weighing on you,
please reach out to a qualified professional.

Some days you count. Some days you write. Maybe one day the number stops — and you'll have the whole story of how you got there.
Count your days single, journal the quiet ones, and grow through solitude.
