Swap is an online marketplace where users can sell or buy second-hand items from other users.
Swap does not sell or buy the items displayed on the site and is not a party to any transactions between users.
Only registered users may add items and transact on the site. If you are 18 years of age or younger, your parent or guardian (adult) must register your account and supervise your use of the site.
Below are some examples of items you will find on the platform:

You can sell:

* clothing, shoes, and accessories for women, men, and children;
* toys, children's furniture, and baby equipment;
* new cosmetics, beauty products, and gadgets;
* high-tech accessories such as headphones, smartwatches, phone cases, and other similar items;
* household items such as textiles, tableware, and home accessories;
* Entertainment items such as video games, consoles, accessories, books, board games, puzzles, music, and audio equipment;
* Etc.

You may not sell:

* Items prohibited or restricted by law (such as counterfeit goods, stolen goods, firearms, weapons, etc.);
* Items that do not comply with hygiene standards or may pose health or safety risks (such as used underwear, any cosmetic products that have been used or are not in their original sealed packaging, etc.);
* Medicines, food, and tobacco products;
* Items purchased in bulk or generally sold as low-value dropshipping items;
* items with a label such as “can be ordered”, “sold”, “currently out of stock”, “check later”, etc.

Swap est un marché en ligne sur lequel les utilisateurs peuvent vendre ou acheter des articles de second main auprès d’autres utilisateurs.
Swap ne vend pas et n’achète pas les articles présentés sur le site et n’est partie à aucune transaction entre les utilisateurs.
Seuls les utilisateurs inscrits peuvent ajouter des articles et effectuer des transactions sur le site. Si tu as 18 ans ou moins, ton parent ou tuteur (adulte) doit enregistrer ton compte et superviser ton utilisation du site.
