You can talk with doctors over the phone or even via video consultations. If medically necessary, the doctor will send a prescription to the pharmacy of your choice.

DialCare physicians will listen to your concerns, diagnose your condition, provide treatment recommendations and even write non-DEA controlled prescriptions when medically needed. You can call DialCare for any number of issues, including:

• Sore throat
• Rash

When to use DialCare:

How does DialCare work?

2. The DialCare physician will review your medical records and contact you for your consult via phone or video chat. Your consult has no time limit, so take your time describing what’s wrong.

3. If medically necessary, the physician will prescribe a non-DEA controlled prescription that you can pick up at the pharmacy of your choice.

After initially getting everything setup successfully the app will now not let me login. When I open the app and use my fingerprint to login it immediately confirms that I been successfully logged out and tells me to close the browser window for added security. I'm not using the browser. I am using the app. Very frustrating.

It will not let me log in. It says my email and password are incorrect (they are not.) I even chose the forgot password option, changed my password, and it still wouldn't let me log in. The website works great and I like the service... I would just like to be able to access the app.

It won't let me get past the verification process without calling someone to help me through the verification process. When I called, it said the wait time is longer than usual..I have a stomach bug..do you know how hard it is to stay on hold forever, when you have a stomach bug? Why can't the verification process be easier and done online, instead of having to talk to someone?
