DiamondWork brings baseball teams, families, coaches, and players into one connected workspace built for communication, organization, and player development.

Keep your team organized with schedules, events, announcements, reminders, roster access, uniforms, and role-aware communication. Coaches and Team Admins can manage team operations while Family and Player experiences stay scoped to the people and information they are authorized to see.

Find and follow tournaments. Browse upcoming and past events from supported tournament organizers, keep your team's tournaments in one place, and check schedules, results, brackets, and standings where the organizer publishes them.

Build better development habits with bullpen logging, live batters, player development sessions, drills, practice planning, progress insights, and video workflows. During a live bullpen, coaches can record each plate appearance and mark balls in play as hits or outs, and hitters and their families can review the hitter's own practice results over time.

Coach Ace provides optional AI-assisted baseball-development support for eligible users. AI can make mistakes and is not medical advice. DiamondWork keeps AI-assisted interpretations separate from deterministic statistics and verified measurements, includes reporting controls, and applies age-appropriate restrictions.

DiamondWork also supports direct and group team communication, Parent Chat, reporting and blocking controls, configurable notifications, calendar workflows, and account deletion.

DiamondWork is designed around role-based access for Team Admins, Coaches, Family members, and Players. Player access is guardian-managed for minors, and younger Player accounts are subject to additional authorization and safety controls.

DiamondWork does not replace scorekeeping platforms. Where supported, authorized staff can use user-selected baseball data exports to bring game-performance context into development workflows without sharing third-party account credentials.
