About this app

A group of e-services for Nama Water customers for managing water accounts and bills issued by Nama Water. The following services are considered:

Public services:
- Bills Search.
- View monthly dues.
- Online payment of bills.
• Registered services in the Diam portal:
- Add one or more water accounts.
- Sort accounts into groups to facilitate follow-up.
- Upload self- meter readings for bill processes
- Online payment of the bill.
- Account statement and payments record.

New services:
-Report water leakage
-Request a new water connection

Ratings and reviews

The app is working too slowly. Also, sometimes accounts are not showing; they show up completely blank. Please work on it as it should be working very smoothly and fast.

i have been trying to create an account for days, keep saying that i have an existing account while i don't! I even tried choosing the forgot option to see if i can work around it but it says no account is linked to it which is irritating!! very bad app DON'T DOWNLOAD.

actually less than zero service - application not functioning at all - call center deal need to know how to deal with customers - compliance are not allowed as no records for tracking and follow up - The good things they have robotic in branch for show up!
