A group of e-services for Nama Water customers for managing water accounts and bills issued by Nama Water. The following services are considered:

Public services:
- Bills Search.
- View monthly dues.
- Online payment of bills.
• Registered services in the Diam portal:
- Add one or more water accounts.
- Sort accounts into groups to facilitate follow-up.
- Upload self- meter readings for bill processes
- Online payment of the bill.
- Account statement and payments record.

New services:
-Report water leakage
-Request a new water connection

Poor quality experience, every time I open app with pray but failed again, I have never experienced any app like this, and no updates, no grievance cell, no improvements, even 1 star is more than it's deserving😔 Note: my review will be revising based on actual experiences!

Zero Star 🌟 I can't open my Nama water app from my two phones for several weeks now. I've also called the customer services they couldn't help, then I raised a complaint but no one called or the problem was fixed. To Top-Up my water account, I used the apple pay from my friends phone. Really??!!!!!! I hope that someone see my feedback and call me to fix my ongoing issue

Very poor experience. My ID was already renewed until 26-04-2027, but I can't login, the app said my ID expired in their record on 26-04-2025, and there is no way that allowed me to upload my renewed ID, So, I can't recharge my smart meter. Even I don't know how much water I have balance.
