Public services: - Bills Search. - View monthly dues. - Online payment of bills. • Registered services in the Diam portal: - Add one or more water accounts. - Sort accounts into groups to facilitate follow-up. - Upload self- meter readings for bill processes - Online payment of the bill. - Account statement and payments record.
New services: -Report water leakage -Request a new water connection

lacking in features for other purposes. simple logging in is difficult. it detected old account but it doesn't send OTP for forgot password. I tried sending email due to our water meter not working/running but the email is not working too.

Unable to login trying to register saying already registered then try forgot password it says "GSM or Email doesn't exists" stuck in a loop. Basic feature of the app is not working.

Fix the app, its always stuck on the first loading screen for a while now.
