I created my account when setting up my cameras. After resolving a few issues I thought everything would fall into place when trying to resolve what I consider minor discrepancies. One is when trying to correct a typo in my account name on my NVR It automatically "Defaulted To ADMIN" then refused to let me change it. The second is, I couldn't get this 'Parent APP' of their EESE Cloud APP to configure together, I Uninstalled it then "Reinstalled it to find out my account "Doesn't Exist!

everything is exactly what I was hoping for extremely easy to setup and use!!

Been using my cameras for about I month love them picture is great the app is easy to use.
