EkiYou®: The CE-marked and clinically evaluated digital insulin dosing aid

EkiYou® is a digital insulin dosing aid for adults living with type 1, type 2, or pancreatic diabetes, treated with multiple daily insulin injections according to a basal-bolus regimen.

Available by prescription from a diabetologist or endocrinologist, EkiYou® assists users in preparing their insulin doses by taking into account their personal treatment data: blood glucose, diet, physical activity, and insulin parameters entered during setup.

Once your prescription is activated, with EkiYou® you can:

🔢 Receive insulin dose recommendations
EkiYou® can provide an insulin dose recommendation for meal boluses based on:
your blood glucose level entered manually or imported from a compatible continuous glucose monitor (CGM);

carbohydrates consumed;

of your physical activity;

of your personalized insulin settings (carbohydrate ratios and correction factor).

🥗 Log your meals
You can record your food data in several ways:
search in a food database of over 400,000 verified foods*;
barcode scanning;
simplified meal categories ("My meal sizes: Small, Medium, Large");
adding favorite foods or meals.

⚙️ Benefit from treatment parameter adjustment suggestions
When this feature is activated and sufficient data is recorded, EkiYou® can suggest:
adjustments to the basal insulin dose;
weekly adjustments to carbohydrate ratios and the correction factor.
Each suggested adjustment must be reviewed, confirmed, or rejected by the user.

📊 Track and share your treatment data
EkiYou® allows you to:
record injections administered;
To consult a logbook that includes blood glucose readings, injections, and trends;

To view the evolution of treatment data;

To share data with your healthcare professional via compatible platforms, including myDiabby Healthcare and Glooko XT.

EkiYou® does not deliver insulin and does not control any automated insulin delivery system.

Data collected by DiappyMed is stored on certified health data servers (HDS) and processed in accordance with the GDPR.
