If using an extra large font size, you cannot submit the order on the final confirmation screen. Can't see the button, can't scroll down to it. Adjusting your font size to a smaller size resets the app completely and dumps your cart. You must start your order over from scratch. Stock Android on a Pixel 9 Pro Plus. Also, no support for Google Pay.

I used to love ordering DiBella's food in the old app, the food is great and it was super easy to set up orders for groups. The new app is an awful user experience; the UI for selecting toppings is worse, the group order feature is no longer part of the new app, and if you swap an order from pickup to delivery (to check the price difference), it erases all items in the cart. I'm uninstalling the app and I won't be ordering online anymore.

Terrible, slow, clunky, and barely working app. This app is horrible. I've sent numerous emails to support and they basically said that it's working as intended which means they could care less. You can't use any of your coupons because they all have errors. You can't get any of the free items you have coming to you because you get errors. With how expensive the food is there they should be able to afford someone to make this app much much better.
