The app will not allow me to sign in. I went to a computer and I'm trying to set a password to create an account it literally says passwords don't match I went through every password combination to meet the criteria. there's obviously an issue on their end. I wish they would fix it because I'm not able to get to the points/rewards.

Terrible, slow, clunky, and barely working app. This app is horrible. I've sent numerous emails to support and they basically said that it's working as intended which means they could care less. You can't use any of your coupons because they all have errors. You can't get any of the free items you have coming to you because you get errors. With how expensive the food is there they should be able to afford someone to make this app much much better.

Still full of glitches. Sign in for curbside usually completely fails to login when at store to let them know that you have arrived (yes I tried using data both with Wi-Fi turned off and left on). Trying to order multiples of items very often results in a message to "Enter 1-1 items" so that customers must enter the same exact thing as if it were a different item and every time for however many they want. Does Subway develope/maintain this app for DiBella's? It's gotten so very very bad to use
