Ratings and reviews

My profile info was gone after my reservation and payment. No app support to make the claim. My loss of time to enter the event, my $115 charge and time was not compensated or returned.

Please send out an update for this app. I can see there is a place to view reservations however I can not click the tab or get to the list. I have downloaded the app on 2 separate phones and have the same issue. I have also gone to the area to submit a complaint or suggestion and have received a message saying unable to submit a ticket
