DICAM (DI CAM) is a GMP Timestamp Camera designed for photo documentation in GMP environments.

DICAM records timestamps and key capture information such as the photographer, device number, and capture date/time as a watermark on each photo. It also maintains an Audit Trail of photo capture records.

Designed with DI (Data Integrity) in mind, DICAM helps manage Raw Data images and their associated capture information for consistent photo documentation in GMP operations.

Information required for photo records, including photographer, device number, capture date/time, and Raw Data number, can be recorded in the photo watermark and Audit Trail. This helps users identify the context in which each photo was captured.

DICAM is designed to support consistent photo documentation for repetitive tasks in GMP environments.

Unlike a standard camera app, DICAM can add timestamps and capture information as photo watermarks while maintaining the associated capture history in an Audit Trail.

Captured photos are stored on the device, and users can review capture records from the history screen within the app.

DICAM is a GMP Timestamp Camera intended to support internal quality management and documentation workflows.

Administrator and User Accounts

The initial administrator account can be created from the sign-up screen after installing the app.

Enter an email address, name, password, and the administrator code provided by your organization to register as an administrator.

Administrator accounts can manage device numbers, location recording options, and other settings required for site operations.

Accounts registered without an administrator code are created as standard user accounts.

What’s new

An Audit Trail feature has been added to the History tab.
Log events related to accounts, logins, number management, and policy changes are now recorded.
