Ratings and reviews

The one major flaw with this app is that it doesn't take your skills and skill levels, experience, education, certifications, salary requirements, etc. into account when searching. So, instead of being presented with jobs that are a great fit for you, you have to wade through results that aren't customized at all or sorted by anything (like match percentage). Algorithms were created by intelligent computer scientists years ago, I would recommend using them.

I am increasing my review to three stars because the job submission through the app is now working. I'm not quite sure what the problem was, but at least it is working. However, the filters don't quite work in the app the way I would like. I had to go to the Dice website and set my job search filters there. When I did that, they were correct in the app and give me the results I was looking for. But if I set the job search filters in the app, the changes are not saved.

this is a great app for searching through career opportunities, but if you need to apply on an external site, it is not possible to open it in an external web browser. It opens in the internal web browser, which is not convenient. It is also impossible to copy the URL and paste it into an external browser. It is just so much easier to apply on my regular browser that has my contact information, etc. saved. I'm deleting the app, and I will just use the webpage for now.
