About this app

Fivecast is a quiet, handcrafted take on the classic 13-turn dice scoring game. Roll five dice on a deep green felt table, hold the ones you want to keep, reroll the rest up to twice, then lock your best combination into one of thirteen categories. No timers, no noise, no accounts — just the dice, the sheet, and the next good decision.

A FULL TURN, YOUR WAY
Every turn gives you an opening roll and up to two rerolls. Tap any die to hold it — held dice keep their value and sit inside a brass ring so you always know what is locked in. Roll again, hold more, and when you like what you see, tap a category to score it. Each of the thirteen categories can only be used once per game, so every choice matters.

LIVE SCORE PREVIEWS
As soon as you roll, every open category on the Play tab shows exactly what it would score with your current dice — no mental math required. Weigh a guaranteed Threes against a shot at a Full House, then commit with a tap.

A FULL SCORESHEET, ALWAYS VISIBLE
Switch to the Scoresheet tab for a clean, read-only view of your game: the upper section with its running subtotal and bonus progress, the lower section with every special combination, and a brass-framed grand total that updates the moment you score.

CHASE THE UPPER BONUS
Score 63 or more across Ones through Sixes and you will bank a flat 35-point bonus on top of your total. The Scoresheet tracks your progress toward it turn by turn.

LEARN THE CATEGORIES
New to this kind of dice game? The Learn tab walks through rolling, holding, and scoring in five short cards, lists exactly how every category is scored, and hands you a "Best category?" quiz: look at a roll, pick the category you think scores highest, and see the math behind the answer.

TRACK YOUR PROGRESS
Your stats live only on this device: best game score, running average, how many Yahtzees you have rolled, how many times you have hit the upper bonus, games played, and a running list of your most recent scores. Unlock a shelf of awards as you go — from your first finished game to a five-of-a-kind to a fifty-game marathon.
