I requested a service for fixing my refrigerator through Bricoram. The technician came, tried to fix it, and took payment, but the issue was never solved. When I called him back, he didn’t answer. I contacted customer service, and although they listened to my feedback, they didn’t take any real action against the worker. I feel the app lacks proper customer support.

Nice app I just have a small remark: I was passing by and I saw your icon on playstore and it was written beside Arabic words and I was like whattt? So the thing is that The logo on the icon looks resemble to an intimate thing when it's small I was obliged to zoom it to get what is actually it ,sorry if i said something irrespective , I want to help, Could you find a solution to that logo to not look like that, please? Good luck!

Good apps really usefull ... need just to give to the client hand to update the request give feedback when request is still ongoing, not only at the end.
