Introducing Young Talent: Connect with your future!
We are incredibly excited to announce the launch of the first version of Young Talent, the app designed to connect young talent with the job opportunities they deserve and companies with the most promising staff. We've worked hard to offer you an intuitive and functional tool from day one.
New Features and Key Improvements in Version 11.0:
1. Refreshed Authentication Experience: We've completely optimized and strengthened the login and logout process.
• Seamless Registration and Login: Now, registering and logging in is easier than ever, whether you use your email and password or directly with your Google account.
• Email Verification: For your security, we've implemented a robust email verification system when you register, ensuring your account is always protected.
• Simplified Password Reset: If you forget your password, the recovery process is now faster and more secure.
• Intelligent Role Management: The app now recognizes and automatically redirects you to the section corresponding to your role (Youth or Company) after logging in, eliminating confusion.
2. Enhanced Profile Management: We've enriched the profile sections so you can present or find information more clearly.
• Complete Profiles for Youth: Young people can create and edit a detailed profile with first and last name, ID number, date of birth, address, phone number, skills, occupation, education, languages, and highlights.
• Essential Profiles for Companies: Companies can manage their basic information such as name, tax ID/national ID number, email, and phone number.
• Controlled Contact Privacy: Sensitive contact information for young people (phone number and email) is only shared with a company after the young person explicitly accepts a request.
3. Intelligent Job Search and Applications: For companies, finding the right talent is now more efficient.
• Advanced Search: Companies can search for young people by skills, trades, and education level, streamlining the selection process.
• Application Management: Companies can send job applications to young people directly from the app. Young people, in turn, can view and manage their received applications (accept or decline), seeing the company's contact details if they accept.
4. Integrated Evaluation Form: Your opinion matters to us! We've added a new way for you to share your feedback.
• Rate the App: You can now access an online evaluation form directly from your profile to share your comments and help us continue improving.
5. Optimized Performance and Stability: We've made significant "under the hood" improvements to make your experience smoother.
• Faster List Loading: We've optimized how profile and application lists load and update, resulting in faster navigation and a smoother experience. • Cleaner and More Secure Code: Numerous warnings and code optimizations have been implemented, resulting in a more stable and secure application with improved data handling.
