1/ Legendex is a paid application to download on your smartphone or tablet. It allows you to locate legendary, unusual, or strange places in France, possibly near your geographic location. It provides you with information about these places. You can use Legendex without creating an account and thus benefit from all the information on the listed places. Certain features are only accessible by creating an "Explorer profile" account.

3/ The total price, including all taxes, is specified at the time of your purchase. It is payable only once, via the Stores' payment service, with the costs of using the remote communication technology remaining the responsibility of the User.
4/ In accordance with the law, you have 14 days from the date of your purchase to exercise your right of withdrawal and cancel your order, subject to your possible waiver of this right.
5/ Our services are immediately accessible upon payment for an indefinite period. You can terminate the contract by uninstalling the application from your mobile device. You can also close your account at any time via the functionality provided in your "Explorer profile." The contract is subject to French law. The competent courts are those of the user's habitual place of residence, if the user resides within the European Union. If the user resides outside the European Union, the French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
6/ You benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects in accordance with the law. In the event of a dispute, the possibility of resorting to a consumer mediator and all applicable contractual conditions are specified in our General Terms and Conditions and accessible here.
