Explore the country in a new way and discover everything that traditional guidebooks leave out: local legends, architectural curiosities, little-known remains, sacred sites, macabre stories, unusual monuments, and places steeped in mystery.

Pre-contractual information:
1/ Legenddex is a paid application that you can download to your smartphone or tablet. It allows you to locate legendary, unusual, or strange places in France, sometimes near your current location. It provides you with information about these places. You can use Legenddex without creating an account and thus access all the information about the listed locations. Some features are only accessible by creating an "Explorer profile" account.

3/ The total price, including all taxes, is specified during your purchase. It is payable only once, via the Stores' payment service. The costs of using the remote communication technology remain the responsibility of the User.

4/ In accordance with the law, you have 14 days from the date of your purchase to exercise your right of withdrawal and cancel your order, subject to any waiver of this right.

5/ Our services are immediately accessible upon payment for an indefinite period. You can terminate the contract by uninstalling the application from your mobile device. You can also close your account at any time using the feature provided in your "Explorer Profile." This contract is governed by French law. The competent courts are those of the user's habitual residence if they reside in the European Union. If they reside outside the European Union, the French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.

6/ You benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects in accordance with the law. In the event of a dispute, the possibility of resorting to a consumer mediator and all applicable contractual terms and conditions are specified in our General Terms and Conditions of Use (GTCU) and accessible here.
