Backend Operations: Administer core Dietghar settings, configurations, and platform features.
User Administration: Manage user profiles, permissions, subscriptions, and payment details. Monitor user activity and troubleshoot account-related issues.
Data Handling: Access, manage, and update vital platform data sets (e.g., diet plans, recipes, user logs, content).
User Communication Module: This is our interface for viewing and responding to user chat messages and support tickets in real-time. Use this feature to communicate directly with users, access their profile/history simultaneously to provide informed support, and resolve their queries.
This application is used for all administrative tasks, data oversight, and is the designated tool for replying to user chats and handling support requests
