Ratings and reviews

The app is certainly lacking. You can't zoom in on the claim statements, nor can you screenshot it to zoom in on the photo of the screen. I literally had to use a magnifying glass to read it on my phone like it's 1932. Not being able to screenshot also makes it difficult to prove to my providers that you have sent their payment. Calling customer service only increases frustration. I am yet to get a representative that does not have a very strong accent, making them very difficult to understand.

Signing up for this app is ridiculous. 2-step verification is required for entering basic information like your cell phone number and bank account info for direct deposit. Even though my insurance plan information is prepopulated in the a pp, when I go to look up a provider my specific plan doesn't appear in the drop-down list so I can't complete a search. Also, since there are hundreds of plans listed and no way to search that list it takes minutes of painful scrolling and scrutiny. Ouchie.

The app has some good features such as easy screen navigation and quick access. However, if you switch to another app, like to check your emails, it kicks you out. You have to sign back in again. Plus if you want to review a file you just uploaded, it also kicks you out.
