Storytelling is an important part of transferring traditions, culture and getting to know each other better. 'What a mess!' is a picture book with an accompanying in-depth package for children
(groups 4 to 6) in which dealing with cultural differences and discussing this is central. In this way we bring the experiences of children together and we pay attention to appreciating and accepting differences, and dealing with prejudices. The ultimate goal is to increase awareness about the multicultural society, diversity and citizenship and to be open to other cultures.
