About this app

The differentiatateramo app is available and can be downloaded free of charge by customers/users who have devices equipped with the Android operating system.

The project, born from the collaboration of Teramo Ambiente S.p.A. and the Municipal Administration, has the main aim of informing and raising awareness among citizens on the correct separation of urban waste, on separate collection services, and on street sweeping activities.

The app offers various interactive services thanks to which users will be able to:

- receive notifications about the home waste collection service
- book directly online the collection of bulky waste/WEEE and mowing and pruning at your home;
- make reports regarding waste collection, street sweeping, collection of bulky items, etc... (for this function there is the possibility of taking a photo with your device: the app will make it available in the reserved section of the manager, the user's report accompanied by photos and the geographical coordinates of the place where it was taken);
- request various information from the company's Infopoint;
- consult in real time the waste dictionary designed as a tool to help all citizens who have doubts and difficulties with separate waste collection;
- consult the "door to door" collection calendar in real time;
- consult the street sweeping calendar that affects your street in real time;
- consult the main news regarding the urban hygiene service carried out by the manager.

The app has a fluid graphic layout, which automatically adapts to all types of resolution and device and recalls an institutional communicative character. The graphic layout also recalls the theme of the communication campaign used to date for separate waste collection in Teramo.

ATTENTION:
Some manufacturers (Xiaomi, Samsung, ...) have implemented "safety" features that prevent notifications from being received until the user puts the app into the autostart feature. Please check your settings for the app to work properly.
