The user interface is good (not great). There is a significant delay between the time you tap on the device and the time its menu options are presented. It's not clear during that time if its actually doing anything and you are tempted to tap on it again which sometimes cancels the action you were trying to take. Dear developer. The most common use case for me is to set the timer to go on later that same day for a one-time use. I can't do that from the existing UI. I must select a program (say weekly) that I don't really want and then hope that I remember to go back and turn that program off after the watering. I'm sure the device is capable of that. It's only the app that needs work.

I just installed this watering system yesterday. It is easy to install. At first I thought wow this is great, but now .... not so much! It is Bluetooth NOT WiFi capable. I have to be within a few feet of the valve to use my phone app with it. I thought I was getting a product that would allow me to turn on/off the water remotely and change the schedule remotely when I am out of town. That does not appear to be the case. I programmed it yesterday, and the water did come on as scheduled this morning. However, it does not appear that I can change the schedule remotely when I am away from the house.

The app works okay but searches forever and the Bluetooth doesn't work unless your 10-15ft from it. We had it about a month before it just stopped working. I replaced the batteries and it is toast. None of the options if found work for single timers. The orbits lasted about a year before they went bad.
