About this app

Revvio runs an automotive workshop from a single tablet on the service desk. A customer walks in, and everything from that first conversation to handing over the invoice happens in one place — no paper job cards, no writing the same details into three different books.

FROM INTAKE TO INVOICE

Register a customer and their vehicle, then build a quotation from your own service and oil catalogue, so staff can never quote the wrong figure by accident. Hand the customer the tablet: they see a clean, read-only summary of the work and the price, and sign on screen to authorise it. The moment they approve, the job card is created automatically. Nothing is entered twice.

Returning customers are found by name, phone number or number plate, with their vehicle history already attached.

WHEN THE CUSTOMER DOESN'T KNOW WHAT'S WRONG

Not everyone arrives asking for an oil change. Sometimes it's "there's a noise". Book the car in for diagnosis, assign it to a mechanic, and let them inspect it first. Their findings turn into a quotation and rejoin the normal approval flow.

ON THE WORKSHOP FLOOR

Each mechanic sees only the jobs assigned to them. They start a job, work through its checklist, and mark it complete. The service desk follows progress without walking over to ask.

INVOICING

Generate an invoice from a finished job and share it as a PDF by email, WhatsApp or print. Quotations can be sent the same way before any work begins.

SHOWROOM

For businesses that also sell cars. List vehicles with photographs taken on the tablet, and track buyers from first enquiry through test drive to sale. Record what each car cost you, so the books show the margin you actually made rather than treating the whole sale price as profit. When a car sells, the buyer and their new vehicle become a service customer automatically — so when they return for a service, they are already in the system.

ACCOUNTS

Pick any month and see revenue, expenses and net profit. Workshop invoices and showroom sales are counted separately. Log expenses against rent, utilities, salaries, supplies or other.

STAFF AND ACCESS

Admins create accounts and assign roles. Each role sees only what it needs: a mechanic cannot view revenue figures, and a salesperson cannot change staff accounts. Deactivate someone who leaves, and reset a password for anyone who forgets theirs.

BUILT FOR THE WORKSHOP

Designed for a tablet in landscape rather than a phone screen, with large touch targets and text readable across a service desk.

Each workshop's data is completely separate — one workshop can never see another's customers, prices or figures. Passwords are stored hashed, never in readable form, and everything sent between the tablet and the server is encrypted.

Revvio contains no advertising, no analytics and no third-party tracking of any kind.
