DigiCall helps business telecalling teams track call activity, daily targets, connected calls, missed calls, call duration, device sync health, and agent performance from a secure company dashboard.
The Android app is installed on authorized company devices used by telecalling agents. It reads business call logs, queues them locally, syncs records to the DigiCall backend, and allows company owners to monitor activity from the admin dashboard.
