I love this app. The option to pay my bill online is so convenient. Plus I can check my minutes and data balance in real time. My previous network provider never provided these options and I used to have to go into the store to get info and pay my bill. I will never go back
The app itself is great and easy to use when there is a good signal. I did have a negative experience though because one of the times it did not work perhaps because Digcel's signal was weak, I was unable to renew my data plan before it expired despite multiple attempts to do so, and lost data as a result. I was not at all satisfied with the response I received when I called Digicel to explain the problem the next day.
You rolled out a new promotion before it was ready. I used the app to purchase a two day data with $50 add on only to discover no add on available until the next day and I lost data of $175.00 in an hour. So unfair.
Paid bills on it so far good and now today I go to pay a bill using it and it doesn't work for whatever reason. Wth. Bill is due and I not going to wait in no stupid long line to pay it.
Good for payment and balances. But constantly signs out. Makes repayed requests for verification number but doesn't give time for text to arrive. Very annoying
I hate digicel and any of their products. They all about money. keeps on sending ad or enjoying unwanted messages any time to your phone when you're paying for services. I didn't think this people have any respect for customers. They only can provide this kind of service to countries when options are limited.Digicel is garbage.
