Can't log in to the app more than 1 week. already email send to your support team to complained but no respond. I purchased your product but now I cannot use it. I work outstation and use courier services to send parcels to my house, but now cannot open my gate at all . If your company has already stopped operating or the app is no longer supported, please inform your customers so we can look for other alternative products.

Unigate guys already came to my house 3 times, still can't get this app to connect to my WiFi. Edited: 1. Finally got it working. Touch not sensitive, sometimes gotta press few times to work. 2. Pop up irritating warning every time it's launched, ask to use it only when can see the gate. No way to turn off.

Problem (refer earlier review below) solved by Tech Support team.. TQ Now i increase the star from 1 to 5 👍 Earlier review👇 Been used for near 2 years and works well with no issues, suddenly today the apps log out by itself and can't login back. Already unInstall and Install back, but still cant't login. Please help me, as I really need this apps to operate my gate.
