ok until the certificate ran out. I got a message to say the certificate was about to expire and asking me to verify. I opened the app but couldn't remember my password. I followed the instructions to change my password through the web portal and it sent a pin which I entered. it the sent me back to the app and asked for my password!

Terrible UI and user journey. The product does not deliver what it promises to a degree that I had to abandon the service and work with a different product altogether despite having paid. Customer service was very slow, as I needed a quick resolution for a contract matter. However, the payments team is very happy to follow up with payment notices despite not having provided the service. Obviously, there is not customer care and focus.
