It's common these days to change one's phone. Reinstalling the app when there is no longer access to the old phone is where this app falls flat on its face. True, there is an hslf-hearted procedure to follow, involving the use of login details proclaiming "I no longer have access" which simply does not work. I'm happy to delete the app altogether now!

I have had the app for years and only use it from time to time. Recently I needed support with more than one issue. The first about signing and the second regarding emailed information coming from Digidentity. Both matters were delt with separately on different accounts. Despite my confusing messages, the service desk staff were helpful in both cases, cleared up my confusion and the resolved both questions perfectly. The secret is to gather information and use the helpdesk with any problem.

Awful, can't log in. Not receiving sms authentification code, I no longer have the same phone that the smart card was on and can't transfer to my current phone.
