Terrible UI and user journey. The product does not deliver what it promises to a degree that I had to abandon the service and work with a different product altogether despite having paid. Customer service was very slow, as I needed a quick resolution for a contract matter. However, the payments team is very happy to follow up with payment notices despite not having provided the service. Obviously, there is not customer care and focus.

This is a terrible app to negotiate. I have spent some hours trying to get verification. Scanned driving licence twice with 3 days each time to find that it was not acceptable. Second time after another three days I am told 'not able to verify this document type'...Rejected. Loging on is not straightforward and there seem to be so many web pages it is a confusing mess of instructions backwards and forwards only to lead around in a circle back where you started. I'm waiting for a reply via phone so I can get verified . It tells me I'm 95% completed after a week. I just hope I can complete this.
