Shame the app doesn't support yubikeys for login (unlike the website), otherwise it seems to work well.

Awful; same as PO app. At the nodding blue head, you get zero feedback about what is going wrong; no clue about how many times it has to go right or whether it switching quickly between nods and shakes is a good sign or not. Your image gets stretched in this phase. The instructions are not to tilt the phone, but if you don't, the top of your head is off screen. It only worked in the end because on my 4th go I took an unflattering pic in my dressing gown and it realised it had won

This is a terrible app to negotiate. I have spent some hours trying to get verification. Scanned driving licence twice with 3 days each time to find that it was not acceptable. Second time after another three days I am told 'not able to verify this document type'...Rejected. Loging on is not straightforward and there seem to be so many web pages it is a confusing mess of instructions backwards and forwards only to lead around in a circle back where you started. I'm waiting for a reply via phone so I can get verified . It tells me I'm 95% completed after a week. I just hope I can complete this.
