Chain auth has been an utter mess with Digidentity. Weird pricing structures, abysmal support, annoying web interface with many UI/UX cycles where you end up where you started and to top it off the setup process even resulted in a 'smartcard' that spelled my very name wrong. Why did I ever buy the long term plan such that I'm stuck with them for years to come.

Easy to use app, get information before every step. Works fantastic without any problems. A big advantage of this app is that I don't have to travel to the Embassy or a SSO office. I uninstalled the app from last year and downloaded the latest version. After confirmation from the SVB, I will uninstall the app. I only use it for the SVB once a year.

instructions are very restricted. scanning the QR on post gave me another qr to scan (as is on phone, need screenshot and scanapp on pc). only to get the same qr again with text to get passport scanned. very unclear you have to download the digidentity first before things happen.
