I have been using digilocker since long time. It was all good until I updated the app. It did not work after the update even after clearing cache and data. I uninstalled it and tried to reinstall. Now it says that it cannot be installed on my device. I am running Android 9 in my phone. I tested it on Android 10, it is found working. All my apps are supported on Android 9. Why such an important app stopped working on Android 9. Tried to raise complaint. Not allowed. It said - Android 9:no support

When I got to know about this app, I was amazed that I no longer need to carry my important documents with me. But the repetitive logging out from the account and continuous failures when trying to login has disappointed me!! There is no use of this app if I am unable to access my account when needed in emergency!! Too many issues/bugs need to be solved/fixed. I request the respective authority to rework on the app and make it easier for the user.

As a user, DigiLocker has been a game- changer for me. It's incredibly convenient to have all my important documents stored securely in one place, accessible anytime from my phone. The interface is user-friendly, making it easy to upload new documents or share them with others when needed. Features like e-signature integration have saved me a lot of time and hassle when dealing with paperwork. However, I do make sure to stay updated on the app's security measures and privacy policies .
