Targeted at the idea of paperless governance, DigiLocker is a platform for issuance and verification of documents & certificates in a digital way, thus eliminating the use of physical documents. My experience with this app has been extremely frustrating. It keeps showing “No record found” for every certificate, even though the certificates are valid. I have been trying for one week with no solution. I also tried raising queries through the help/support section, but it repeatedly shows “No network”, making it impossible to get assistance. I honestly don’t understand how the same issue can happen repeatedly. This app has caused me a lot of unnecessary stress and frustra

Absolutely Useless App This app is extremely frustrating and unreliable. Yesterday, the GSEB option was available, but today it has completely disappeared. How are users supposed to access their important documents when the available issuers randomly disappear? The app is slow, confusing, and clearly not reliable enough for something as important as educational documents. An app like DigiLocker should make document access easier, not create more problems. Very poor experience. 1 star because

I am very disappointed with the DigiLocker app because I frequently face login and document access problems. Sometimes the app automatically logs me in, while at other times it does not log in even after entering the correct details. The login process is inconsistent and frustrating. Even when I successfully log in, my documents sometimes do not appear or cannot be accessed. This is a serious issue because DigiLocker is meant to provide quick and reliable access to important government document
