It is ok to be secure, but if you just straight up don't work then there is no point being secure. It does not remember log in and every time I open the app it tells me to log in with otp and such, which does not come.. the app straight up refuses to open if you have developer options on.

Please enable/update the app for usage with the developer settings turned on. Most, if not all apps allow this, including banking apps. I've tried the link you've provided in the email. However, the link simply gives you a list of issues with the apps functionality and not the issue at hand which the inability to use the app while having the developer settings on.

I tried to load a document in DigiLocker, but I keep getting an error saying: Fetching Failed — Entered information does not match, please try again. No record available in issuer database for given document parameters. Even though I entered the correct details, the app keeps showing this error and doesn’t fetch the document. This makes the experience very frustrating. Please fix this issue so users can access their documents smoothly.
