it's so hard to make any changes in the uploaded documents. We can't even raise queries! I am unable to verify my account after literally trying 10-20 times! i even reinstalled the app. it's no use. Is it happening only with me? or everyone's facing the same issue? I request to please fix this issue.

Hey please stop breaking the app with constant non-tested updates. It was working fine few updates ago. Now I always face login issues. And if I try to add any documents, it shows error most of the time. And even if you manage to add a document, it won't open. Sometimes the problem is on the app and sometimes on the stored document sever. Please fix these issues ASAP :⁠-⁠)

Absolutely Useless App This app is extremely frustrating and unreliable. Yesterday, the GSEB option was available, but today it has completely disappeared. How are users supposed to access their important documents when the available issuers randomly disappear? The app is slow, confusing, and clearly not reliable enough for something as important as educational documents. An app like DigiLocker should make document access easier, not create more problems. Very poor experience. 1 star because
