UPDATED: the newest update puts a shortcut to Scan To Pay right on the app's home screen, simplifying this while not getting in the way of the new mobile ordering functionality. ***** Scan To Pay used to be simple--just launch the app to show the QC code for the LevelUp terminal--but with the latest update requires it now requires four taps, two of which are unintuitive: launch the app, wait through the loading screen, click "Start an Order," click "Rewards," and then finally click "Scan To Pay." That's a lot of clicking in a fast-moving check-out line. It's nice that they improved mobile ordering with this update, but a shame it was to the detriment of the thing most customers probably use the app for most of the time. But it works.
Love skipping the line but don't love that I cannot place multiple orders at one time.
Don't get me wrong it was great at Frist. But there as been a couple of times it say a restaurant is closed and place an order for the next day when they are open for the next three hours and I was able to walk in and still get food. The biggest thing that pissed me off is it told me it couldn't place and order and it still charged me. If I didn't have this bad experience I would still be using this app.
So much easier to place pickup orders with the latest update. The old app was hard to use for anything other than the QR code. Much prefer the new look and feel!
Agreed with a lot of feedback. The QR code to pay used to be straight forward. Now I have to click a few times to get to it. Not everyone orders online, especially someone like me where my company offers a subsidy at Dig Inn. I have to go to the physical location to pay the difference for the food.
Nice UI, but doesn't allow for custom orders, like half green half quinoa base or chimichurri sauce on roasted chicken. Uninstalled and back to waiting in line.
Easier access to QR code
Faster loading menus and images.
