About this app

mySnapps application is digital photography services offered by Digiphoto Entertainment Imaging (DEI) that provide the ability to access and use the Mobile App to view, share, download and place orders of the digital images taken at the park.

no body responds. took the pictures at Winter city expo dec. 6 and told us that it will be available in the application after 2 hours. i came back to the kiosk coz it is still unavailable. was told 3hours... its already more than 3hrs and yet it is not available. sent email as instructed that if i dont get my pictures in the app which is too much inconvinient to the customer. no body assit as they will respond in the email after 3 days which is very frustrating. they should do better on this

terrible, slow, requires odd permissions to your device to show cloud saved photos. I was forced by bali night safari staff to install this app to get 5 photos. dow load took in excess of 30 minutes. other places used combinations of Dropbox or google drive, where i managed to grab 40 images in 2 to 3 minutes with no registration or app installs.

Very bad, I visited Night Safari and bought a photo package, which they said includes digital copies. They gave me a card with the qr code and claim ID. After using the qr code to install the app then try to claim the digital photos, but it never works. The worst part is that when I try to report missing photos, the app even don't have Night Safari as an option. Trying to find a way to file a complaint to Singapore authorities, does anyone know where to go?
