Not able to install on samsung S23 Ultra No change since last 4 months. Unable to use app. Software support team said its Google issue which they know but cannot solve. Such a pathetic product. Only this app is not working, all apps all over world working perfect. Lodha do not have any other option. After 5 months team is able to solve issue for app. Thanks for followup and closure

One of the most reputed brand but treats the customer very badly. Customer queries go unanswered for months. You get standard reply we are working on it. Also the staff is very unprofessional while responding to customer queries. They just want to close the query without resolution and push their decision on customer. Apps don't have all the categories of complaints. Parking related category is missing. I am sure I will get a standard reply to the feedback that team is looking into your concern

Worthless app. Difficult to raise ticket appropriately. This which are relevant should be on top. Marketing interface appears always on top. Water to lodge complaint regarding the water issues but option is whether app related issues. No other options. It looks majorly people use this for complaint about app only
