Digital Workdesk is an employee workspace app focused on daily attendance and basic workforce utilities.
What you can do in the current version:
- Secure sign-in for authorized organization users
- Mark Punch In / Punch Out attendance
- Capture attendance with location details and photo verification
- Continue attendance in low or no network conditions (offline save + sync when online)
- View attendance status and attendance history
- Access employee profile details
- View workplace information such as announcements, events, holidays, policy documents, and leave calendar
- Open company links and support contact from inside the app
- Personalize app theme, accent color, and screen rotation preferences
Module-based access:
Access is role-based. The dashboard shows only modules assigned to your account by your organization.
Important note:
Some modules shown in the workspace are planned for future updates and may appear as "Coming soon" depending on your assigned access and current release stage.
