What a scam of a company. I had a £100 voucher with them, added 126 more to purchase 2 tickets, and that included insurance, "flexibility" fee etc. In the end I had to change my tickets, and they asked £626 for that (!). I canceled my booking and requested a refund. They refunded me a "generous" amount of £55. I'm speachless. How is this legal, is beyond me.

People in costumer service are kind, the rest is stay away if you value your time! Most things can only be done by phone, wait time is long! They are not connected and sync with airline companies or bravo app. So you speak, confirm, price change 5 times, i spent hours on phone while traveling. Horrible app and the system itself, save time and money go to expedia or someone else that most if not all changes can be made in App. I have yet had the pleasure with such a low grade tech!

0 Stars. From personal experience, I would NOT recommend Bravofly or LastMinute travel booking to any other consumer. I tried to make a change to my daughter's itinerary - the firewalls, the number of false leads that led no where in helping me solve a booking problem, the calculated misdirection from this travel booking angency to lead to 'dead ends' was, in my opinion, designed to simply take cash from consumers without ANY flexibility to adjust to changes in travel plans. Terrible.
