an issue with this app. I want to download the fard for my personal records but the fard was not showing in the pending section even though I have already submitted the challan. And now 3 fard records are showing in the pending section but none is showing in the completed section. I have also filed a new complaint on the link you have provided along with fee submission proofs.

very pathetic.. it used to work very nice but now cnic verification, why are you making always tough for people ??? when we put our cnic or just scan it. I don't have a barcode on my cnic and now I can't use the app. It doesn't have it any other option now. plz fix it so anyone can avail the services??

Extremely frustrating experience. I've installed latest updated version of application. Every time I try to reset my password, it shows the error "Too many OTP requests from your network. Please try again later." Even after waiting for two full days without making any requests, the error persists. The OTP system is completely broken. Giving it 1 star because I cannot even log into my account. Please fix this bug immediately!
