I paid PKR 1,600 for issuance of Fard, however after successful payment the generated PDF document is corrupted and cannot be opened. This appears to be a technical issue within the application, which I understand can happen and may be resolved. However, despite submitting a complaint through the same application, no response has been received to date. In addition, I have attempted to contact Punjab Land Records Authority through the provided phone numbers, but the calls are not being attended.

I have been trying to register for days, but the OTP never arrives on my mobile number. I’ve checked my signal and restarted my phone multiple times, but nothing works. Without the OTP, I can't even log in to see my records. Total waste of time and storage. Please fix the server issues!

I’ve been experiencing an issue since yesterday. Whenever I try to log in to my account, I receive a message stating that the login failed for the user BORClrmis because the account is disabled. Can you please tell me what happened with my account and how I can resolve this issue?

Issue is resolved. Now a days services are down in the night due to maintenance (a migration is going on) it will be resolved soon then you will not face this issue and it mostly happened in night. Can you please check during office timing (09:00 AM to 06:00 PM).
