Ratings and reviews

The browser is just better. The filters are basically useless - once you choose a product type, i.e. flower, then you have no option to sort. Choose to sort first and then you have go back into the filter to proactive reselect what you want to see. Unfortunately, that immediately urges me back to the website where I CAN I do that and pretty easily. Aside from that, you can place orders. But again you can just do that from the website without downloading an app and it is easier.

Seems a bit glitchy. The app takes me to my mobile web browser when I go to check out for delivery. Seems rather senseless to install an app just to have the app take me to my web browser again! Really annoying! I guess it should be worth the rewards points for giving it a try. I really think you need to recode the app so order can be placed directly from the app and not be rerouted back to a web browser! Seriously! What is the sense in that?!? Just useless taking up memory on my device.

App needs work, while the theory is great. what's the point of having an "app" if it just takes me to another website!?!? Also, me ordering via the app/website when it's instock only to be called and told it's out makes for a terrible experience. As someone the enjoys gl and exclusively shops here these are opportunities to improve the app and get my 5*
