Great app skip waiting in line and more time to browse the selections

I downloaded the app with a promotion stating that I would get a $5 credit instantly. after doing so. I also got another $5 credit and another after that when I took it to the store to redeem they said they could not honor it and instead took my actual loyalty points. I find it very misleading to say that this is redeemable when the store does not honor it

app is cool kinda different to get used to but I like it! nobody else has an app like it. it's easy to figure out and so far works perfect.
