Use Sour & Dough’s expertly-tested recipe for the perfect loaf of sourdough next time you are baking. Just give us the amount of flour you want to use and our hydration calculator will do all the work to give you the measurements of the rest of the ingredients.

Who built Sour & Dough?
This is a passion project from two developers (Android & iOS) and a marketeer who not only have a passion for everything Digital, they also try to bake the perfect loaf of bread. We build Sour & Dough within one afternoon. Just for fun!

Ratings and reviews

All it is is a single recipe for sourdough bread, it's not a guide for making a starter, and you can't edit the recipe, just the proportion of the flour.

This only calculates on one type of recipe. No way to change the hydration, type of four, etc. The schedule feature isn't active.

What's the timescale for the schedule feature? I'm new to DD and really need to be spoon-fed the instructions😁
