app keeps crashing and won't let me send in my virtual interview, tried multiple things to remedy the issue but it would not work

Interview posted on profile, not just sent to an employer. I was asked to record a video for an interview for a certain position for a specific company, and it was posted on my profile for everyone to see. This allows discrimination to occur. I don't appreciate this deceptive practice.

Tried to use this to submit an interview, and my videos wouldn't submit after a while. I worked with a representative that tried to help by having me download and redownload or switch different browsers but the issue remained unresolved.
