This app forms part of our research panel tool. It is invite-only and collects Netflix and Prime Video viewing data.

It does not collect or store any personal or identifying data about users and will only be activated once express permission has been received from the user.

This forms part of a project to understand and improve content for streaming platforms.

Ratings and reviews

This is the worst app I've ever used. Half the time it just flat out won't work, the other half, it either crashes, freezes or doesn't complete its tasks. This last time, I started going through the steps, was told to download an update for the app, then once downloaded, it refused to work. Also, don't bother messaging the tech support because they won't ever answer you. I'm uninstalling this monstrosity.

If this is the next generation of media intelligence, there's a few steps that should be built to bridge all the issues with this because I, like many others who have left reviews have not been able to get this to work properly. It has been an exasperating hour and a half of unstalling and reinstalling because this will not work in any shape, way or form. The issue wasn't with inboxdollars OR my provider, like some have suggested. Super disappointing to spend so much time for NOTHING 👎

After spending time downloading the app and doing everything it prompted me to do ,it said I didn't qualify. They couldn't let me know that before they scanned and viewed all of my info. Very upset
