With Chevron Federal Credit Union Mobile Banking, you can:

• Find the nearest branch or ATM with a tap

Once you establish your User ID and password for the Mobile Banking app, you can use those same credentials to log in to Online Banking.

The new layout is nice. But the functionality for depositing checks is lacking. Before the overhaul I was able to take pictures and deposit from the app, no problem. When I use auto capture to take a picture of the check, it crashes after it captures. When I switch to manual capture, it takes a successful picture of one side, then when I click the option to capture the other side of the check, the app crashes.

Since the digital banking upgrade, this app fail to allow mobile deposits. It shuts down before taking images, during, and after. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but same problem. Check has been endorsed "for mobile deposit only" so no option to mail it in now!! Let's get some experts on this right now. It should never have been rolled out with this critical malfunction. I never had trouble with the previous version, and customer service has always been top notch.

Mobile deposit constantly fails and causes the app to crash. Bill pay takes way longer compared to before to actually send the money. Used to do a bill pay and money was paid in 3 to 4 days, now takes over a week. Basic functions of the app such as transfer between checking and savings and just looking at your balance are ok. Outside of checking the balance and basic transfers, the app is not usable compared to before their upgrade.
