1-14-23 UPDATE - STILL Luv'n My CU❣️10-10-22 UPDATE - STILL LUV'N the CU & App❣️🐺 3-14-22 UPDATE - LUV, LUV, LUV my Credit Union❣ HAD some initial issues with accessing all options thru my phone App. HOWEVER, after I uninstalled and then reinstalled the App, everything works GREAT❣ Everyone in Customer Service ARE AMAZING as well❣😘 New Member; just set up Online and Mobile Banking. So far, so GOOD!! VERY easy and user friendly website and App, though!! Looking forward to a GREAT relationship!!

Cash checking feature needs work. It uses an auto reading software that checks for specific text on checks, if missing it forces you to take the picture again. After a dozen or so attempts I was unable to cash my check even though it meet the requirements. Worst yet is there is no way to cancel your attempt, it nags you to keep going and basically forces you to restart your phone. I like them as an organization, but the app developer needs to actually use the app.

Trying to do transfers with external account. Not available in transfer menu. Tried the more menu but it crashes every time. Can't do what I need to do. Website has low unspecified limits for transfers but at least it works.
