Full of UI fails: finding secure msgs is a maze, 5min lockout for 1 failed pword, outdated balance information, unable to balance at time of prev transactions, convoluted fee posting. It all seems designed to get users to mess up and get hit with fees... Can't imagine who's motivated to do that to "members". Poor system is on bar with branch, itm, and phone banking, as they all are frustrating and poorly equipped to assist in any way or at any convenient time, still better than BoA, barely tho.

They make it so easy for day to day and when you need help they are very quick to solve issues whether you choose to message them or call

App is easy to use, and if you have any problems the friendly staff at GBFCU will be very helpful.
