I like the app but wish I as a customer could tap on a transaction and be able to see details about that particular transaction like I was able to when it was Malheur Credit Union. Sometimes when I look at the way the transaction is written, I can't figure out what or who it is to. I hope you improve the app to include a tap to see more on Transactions. It would be a great help to probably more customers than just myself.

Best banking I've used thus far. Fast, convenient service and features that make using the service easier. I used to have USAA, and we couldn't get a single call for a month, whereas with RCU, I got a new credit line established and working in less then a week. Good if you like making life easy for yourself!

It works great for what it is about 70% of the time. But it has maintenance or server issues pretty regularly, and when it does that basically means you have NO access to your bank accounts. I don't keep money in my checking account, so for me that means that like once a month at least I just can't buy anything for however many hours the app is down. Just now I was trying to buy myself lunch after an 8 hour opening shift, and guess what? 😳 It isn't working again! So I can't eat!
