When I try to take a picture of a check to deposit it, the app may log out after taking the picture, and I have to start the process all over again. (I think this may be due to a bug where changing the interface orientation may reset the screen information, so I had to be extra careful to keep the phone in portrait orientation.) The app also crashes when I try to look at my check deposit history! Still, I'm able to deposit checks, but the app needs to have these random bugs fixed! (Perhaps it's because my device is older, so the developers should also test the app with older devices.)

Very user friendly App, not easy to access CD rates however. Representatives are always professional, knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I've been a Member for 35 yrs and...still loyal!!!

It's a really easy app to use and it's a good bank to be with!
