I forgot my username, tried the email function 3 times, it did not work. I found my username, tried to log in and was immediatly stuck on accepting the new terms. I hit accept and nothing happens. It is clear that this application was rushed and NOT tested. In my opinion if you force something like this upon every customer then you should thoroughly test it and make sure it does not become a problem. Edit: 3/15/20 : This is still an issue, what atrocious software developers. Garbage.

App doesn't work. always and I mean always says no information available at this time. Or it says cannot find account. Your app is junk All these folks that give this app 3 stars or more are not to be believed. This app does not work. Went to my local branch and they couldn't get it to work either. Absolute garbage. Get a new IT guy and fix this.

Everytime I try to log in it's one issue or another. Technical difficulties or wrong credentials because of it never letting me change my password. I've had to call and go in the bank multiple times for them to reset, and it still messes up. Frustrating.
