The app works fine. It's Coast Hills themselves who suck. I have been unable to login for literal years, and every attempt to do so sends me through a series of hurdles and hoops and obstacles, only to end up with nothing, again, and again, and again. Thankfully my car payment is automatic, so I don't have to worry about it.

Horrible service, antiquated features, not up-to-date, no current Pay apps from account. Just a very old-fashioned system that needs updating and the service is horrible. Used to be able to view recurring payments set up by merchants but not me. Valuable feature to eliminate recurrent payments I did not authorize, so could delete before being paid out. Also could turn card on or off if misplaced but found without reissuing a new card. Because of massive fraudulent activity, the service sucks.

I could not access my account at first because of an old phone number. I call the help number told them the issue they said b it would take a few days to reflect the change. Over a week later I had to go into the branch where they were able to fix the problem. Now that I have access to the app I much prefer the old one. I like that it showed pending transactions and I preferred the layout! Not a fan of this update at all. Much better now! 👍
