Logging on and checking balances are no problem. But the mobile deposit portion is awful. Every time, I have to review every check at least twice, or it isn't available. I've never had so much trouble with a mobile deposit as what I do with BCT!!

Mobile Deposit is the most frustrating experience ever. I'd rather sit at the DMV next to a screaming child for 2 hours. Nothing better than when you, in the CLEAREST handwriting, print on the back of the check exactly what it tells you to write, and then it rejects the deposit and asks, "Are you sure you can you clearly read it?" Over. And over. And over again. I had to take the same picture >50 times before it finally accepted it. Fix or update your word recognition software. It's garbage.

I no longer have the option to get statements of my account. It's just an itemized list of deposits and withdrawals. Also, it can't read the checks I deposit, so argues with me over what it sees. That's frustrating. BCT, I'd like Statements back on the website too, please. I don't need a bar graph showing spending trends. I want to know how much money I had in January.
